http://www.peteranswers.com is a virtual tarot website. You type in a "petition" - either "Peter, please answer the following question" or just "Peter, please answer" and then hit the "enter" key. You then type a question in proper format, with a question mark at the end. The site will then give you an arbitrary "answer" to you question, based on the fortune-telling deck of cards called the Tarot. other explaination are that there is an advace AI that is made by mirocosoft and are call spiderweb. The program is made to predict the future in stocks and other events and they are design to help with investing in companies . what the program do is find out the mood of the world and do that by scaning keywords online, in chats, doc, video, and etc... in other words you have been hack and the reason, why they know your questions is by tapping in to cameras, micophones, transactions and computer around the world and listening into converasions and saving the mood or the feeling of every person day to day and will know how the person acts when they are alone or with peers
Peter Answers isn't real. If you type a period/decimal point (.) in the petition box, then whatever you type in that box will appear as: "Peter, please answer the following question:". Whatever you actually type in the box after the period/decimal point (.) will show up as the answer. So, if you want to trick your friends and family, have the question in your mind before you type in the petition box, then you can put your answer. For example:
Petition: .blue (will show up as "Peter")
Question: What color is the sky?
Answer: blue
Have fun freaking people out!

petersanswers.com
It is real. I'm a victim to that website and experienced it first hand.
You don't download it. It's a website. This is the link http://www.peteranswers.com
Yes.
Look up this on search engines, but it essentially works by having someone pretend to type something in, when they are actually typing the answers given to you.
It's a joke website.
It's simple. When you write the petition, click on period. Then type in the answer of the question after the period. It should write the petition even though your really writing the answer of the question. Then simply ask a question and MAGIC!
yes but it does not give good answers. it tells you to ask again later most of the time
When you are about to type Peter please answer, first type"." then your answer and it will come up peter please answer. Ask your question on the next line and trick everybody into thinking it is true. This is the best prank ever! I did it on my Grandma V. and she couldn't believe it!!!!!
there is one i have heard of called ask jud at askjud.com.
yes when you are supposed to type in the answer in the petition box and it shows up as please answer my question or whatever
