There are two gun cheat codes on GTA 4. Of the 16 weapons in GTA IV - not including the fist or random throwing objects - only 15 can be obtained. The sniper rifle is the only weapons that cannot be gained through cheat codes. In both cheats, you receive the combat sniper.
Weapons tier 1 (the awesome weapons)
Dial "486-555-0150" on the cell phone. This will unlock the:
- baseball bat (melee)
- grenades (throwable)
- combat pistol (handgun)
- combat shotgun (shotgun)
- MP5/SMG/ (submachine gun)
- M4/M16/carbine rifle (assault rifle)
- combat sniper (sniper rifle)
- RPG (rocket launcher)
Note: This phone number translates to "GUN-555-0150".
Weapons tier 2 (the not-so-good weapons)
Dial "486-5550-100" on the cell phone. This will unlock the:
- knife (melee)
- molotov cocktails (throwable)
- pistol (handgun)
- pump shotgun (shotgun)
- micro SMG/Uzi (submachine gun)
- AK47/assault rifle (assault rifle)
- combat sniper (sniper rifle)
- RPG (rocket launcher)

In case this is of interest to you, I have just read an item that announces Episodes from Liberty City, which includes Gay Tony, (previously an Xbox 360 exclusive) is to be apparently available for PS3 and PC on 30th March this year.
