Last lesson i made a blueberrie tart

then desribe it

My blueberrie tart had a flaky light pastry and was the perfect combination as the sourness of the blueberries was equal balenced with the sweetness of the choclate and the creamy filling that was the creme anglais. All together my creation, i thought, was a mouthful of lovelyness.

why did u make this product?

i made this product because i always found it a challenge to make creme anglis but making this product has given me the oppertunaty to refine my technique and make it superbly.

what will you do differntly next time?

next time i will add a egg white glaze to my pastry before putting it in the oven so it turns a better colour of golden brownn i also may use a different fruit because the blueberries had the tendoncy to turn squishy :)
