From what you've said, you've made your case to her, and backed it up with specific examples. And she either finds what you said to be without merit, or believes that he has sufficiently redeeming qualities for those negative things not to matter.
So now your role is done. It is your daughter's marriage, let her handle it.
Not being blind to a mother's concern, you may do two more things, before being silent on this.
1. Make clear to the husband that on the day your daughter wakes up, you'll assist your daughter in seeing to it that he legally pays for any harm he inflicts.
2. Make clear to your daughter that you'll be there for her to pick up the pieces when it goes south, but in the meantime Mr. Wonderful is not welcome in your home, nor do you care to discuss anything good about him.
Yes, to a God fearing man
A person becomes a pathological liar for a number of reasons, but just because they're either gay and/or married, doesn't mean that they are more likely to do so.
From what I am understanding, you need insurance on your daughter's father? Are you married to him currently? Unless you have a financial investment in him (as in being married) or he signs the policy as the owner and has you or your daughter as the beneficiaries, you can not legally get a policy on your daughter's father. You must have some sort of financial investment risk if he passes away and unless you have a good enough relationship with him, if you are not married, for him to assign you as the beneficiary, you can not own a policy on him nor receive pay from the policy. If you are not married (which I am assuming by how you asked your question) only he could own the policy.
No, and you sure wouldn't want to be married to him. He's a meth head, a parasite and a pathological liar.

Your daughter can get married after the parents die......but during the time when the daughter is still in her parents house she can not.
JOAKIM In Babylon there lived a man named Joakim, who married a very beautiful and God-fearing woman, Susanna, the daughter of Hilkiah; her pious parents had trained their daughter according to the law of Moses. Joakim was very rich; he had a garden near his house, and the Jews had recourse to him often because he was the most respected of them all.
