Yes you take a packet of suregel, bout 1/4-1/2 cup sugar depends on you I'd do quater cup first then see before addin More I use half cup, anyway I empty a 2liter bottle of coke,whatever, an pour sugar an sure gel in then fill w tap water pref cold taste a lil better, shake viguorsly, shake after every glass, when half liter is gone I fill back to top an drink as much as I can before I go I pee 1-2times before takin test.
