It depends what you mean by "Admin". If you mean that you want to be able to kick people from a game or stuff like that. Then i can help you with that. Go onto Team Fortress 2 and go into "Player Match". Then go into "Host Match" Select the type of game you want to play. E.G How many players, What map ect...
Then when your done go ahead and continue. Then when players join you have complete control over your players. E.G Boot, End the game ect....
