Regular bleach 'chlorine' will ruin nylon. Instead use RIT color remover.
You can re-dye afterwards with an acid dye.

Bleach will not remove a clog, it is only for routine disinfecting of the drain line. For a clog blow out the line with compressed air. There should be access to do this somewhere inside at the airhandler but if not you can blow it in the opposite direction at the drain lines termination point. Or call a pro in to do it correctly.

Normal detergents should work, but be sure to use non-chlorine bleach if bleach is necessary. To dry your track pants, either air dry them, or place them on the lowest level in the dryer.
