How can you cancel a credit card transaction when you order a product online and it never arrives to you?

If it's already processed you probably can't cancel it, but you can contact the credit card company and initiate investigation/refund processes for a product purchased not received. Just call, explain the situation, and ask what steps are needed to recover your money.

If your undercharged and they catch it then and there then they can cancel the last transaction and redo the process until its correct
