How do you overcome your fear of dying?

-We as humans have no way of stoping death, but The Bible brings out that God can and will. Revelation:21:4- says that death will be no more.... Isaiah:25:8- says that God will swallow up death forever.Here's a question though have you ever wondered why we are always looking for a way to prolong death or find that provibial "fountain of youth?" Well the bible answers that as well it's at Ecclesiastes:3:11- where it says God has put time indefinite in our hearts. So it's within us to want to live forever. But why would God put that in our heart if we were created to only live 70 or 80 years to just die?Think about this when God created the first humans (Adam and Eve)he created them a perfect human pair. So if they were created perfect then logicaly wouldn't that mean that they would live forever? I mean it wasn't until they ate the forbidden fruit that sin intered the world and death was part of the equation for humans. That's found at Romans:3:12. Food for thought....... There's also many many more scriptures that say the exact thing I've shared but these were the ones I thought of off the top of my head. I encourage you to look up these scriptures in your own copy of the bible and see for yourself. Don't just take my word for it! (and a little side note...SORRY I'm a horrible speller LOL)

Your best bet is to either build a robot with a massive sensorium (see Robotic Theories) and a few billion lines of code to figure it out OR enhance your intelligence enough to figure out the answer.

-It is possible. The people who are open-minded enough to recognize it, however, don't typically waste their time thinking about it because they know that there are 'bigger fish to fry.'

Imagine a world without death. Sure, it sounds great, but we simply don't have the resources to holster that many people. We just can't stop procreating, even though we should.

It all boils down to one predicament: We're just too stupid to solve our biggest problems. Those of us who are trying to solve these problems are impeded by the stupid.

-It might also be possible to make an entity of 'pure' energy. This would be by far the most complicated, especially if you want electromagnetic properties (light). If you found a way to 'copy' the contents of your brain and create a network to accurately replicate its functions, it could be possible to consciously control this entity. This is highly complex and could not be explained in a matter of a few text books, but imagine this: You are a 'ball' of energy that flows in a continuous circuit and never dissipates. To travel, you simply make a difference in your own circuit (see Electricity). Now that you have a vague, probably inaccurate (my fault) idea of what this entity would be like, consider UFOs. Ever noticed that most of these UFOs are basically a big ball of light, or electromagnetic energy? If other beings have figured out the universe, what better way to explore it?

Simple: go out and live life! Face your fear and realize that death is not nearly as scary as a life missed out on due to fear.

I highly recommend learning rock climbing and other outdoor activities - nothing like taking a scary fall to remind you that you are still alive. =) ============================================== Fear of dying is nothing. Try standing up in front of hundreds of people and delivering a twenty minute speech. Once you've done that, you won't worry about death.
