It can be dangerous to have a levoscoliosis. They are considered more dangerous than a dextro curve due to their possible involvement with te heart. The heart lies more on the left side of your thoracic cavity and thus a left curve causes more of a complication.

∙ 13y agoScoliosis needs to be checked regularly by a good spinal surgeon. Scoliosis can become dangerous and affect the heart and lungs but cases are few and far between these days
