Best Answer

The Agricultural Adjustment Act was created to protect farmers crop prices. The reason the prices for farmed goods were so low is because there was too much goods being produced. The AAA payed farmers to not grow certain crops or raise certain livestock. Total farm income raised over 50 percent because of this action.

What do you mean by the acronym "AAA"? There are many different meanings of the acronym AAA, from the American Angus Association to the American Anthropological Association. It's really hard to answer the question when we're just left with this acronym. All I can say about this is that, if you (the questioner) were in fact referring to the American Angus Association, the only affect it had on Georgia farmers was that it gave them more incentive to raise Angus cattle because of the higher premiums that where put on the market for black hided cattle, all thanks to the approval of CAB (Certified Angus Beef) by the USDA.
