Brontosaurus (technically called Apatosaurus) was a plant-eating dinosaur that had no real means of 'attacking' other animals. Their primary defense would have been their large size, and possibly the ability to use their tail as a sort of 'whip' would also be useful in defense.

Triceratops was armed with three horns, but the two that would have been used as weapons were the long horns that protruded above the eyes. If it was threatened and chose to fight rather than flee, the Triceratops face the enemy. Then it would charge and attempt to impale the enemy with its horn. Fossil records have shown us at least one Triceratops that succeeded in fighting off a T-Rex.
