If your FPA lock is on the only way to turn it off is to use the original remote or universal to go to the menu the fpa lock only means you cant do anything with the buttons on the front of your tv.

∙ 10y agowell when i tried to get my tv off it i turned it off and it had not turned on i also pressed channel butten and volume button and it dint work also i tried to unplug it and plug it back in and i tried it several times and it did not work
