Is 14karat gold made in Mexico worth less than English gold?

If both have the same denomination (14 karats), no, they wouldn't. Gold is gold everywhere; that is why it is known as a "commodity". Now, what would make your purchase more expensive is the complexity and effort goldsmith who worked on the jewelry you are buying; even if gold is the same, his/her work can mean a huge difference. See the related links for some examples among both countries.

What does 14K TGF ESPO mean on gold ring?

Ok What I think that it means is 14KT = 14karat GF=gold filled and ESPO is the maker. Sometimes when marking the piece the letters don't always line up exactly the way that they should. This is my best guess.

Is there a way to separate the gold from the metals in rings an ect?

of course there is. Dont ask me what the name of the chemicals are but i collect gold coins and 2 years ago started buying jewelry also. After a while i asked myself if there were not a way that i could myself separate the gold from the other metals so as to have the pure gold on one side and the rest on the other. On the internet for about 800dollars was a system that came with the chemicals one would need and in the end the pure gold would be in what seemed to be white pellets which would then need to be melted down again if you wanted to make little bars out ofd them. You know that 8k,9k,10k, 14karat, 18karat gold only means .333.....375.....415.....585....750 parts of 1000 are pure gold. So if you have a ring that weighs 10 gramms and is stamped 14karat gold or in other words 585 gold that meanas that of those 10 gramms 5.85grams are pure gold and the rest another metal. If that same ring were stamped 18karat or 750 gold it would be 7.5gramms of pure gold. But to get back to your question, yes, one can separate the metals at home without having to send the jewelry in.
