Well if we are to believe that yeti are as mammalian as they seem to be, we can probably safely assume that they reproduce sexually, and considering their refuted belonging within the primate family, the probably do so via intercourse, in which each member of the two sexes supplies a haploid gamete, which then fuses with the other gamete to produce a diploid zygote with then develops withing the womb of the female. Probable, though unlikely, as if yetis don't exist then nor do their sperm, eggs or wombs.
