Okay. When i was a child, i had a younger sister. Let me tell you, we HATED it because we had to share rooms. If at all possible, i would try to get 2 rooms. But, back to the question. I would try to get 2 different beds, on opposite sides of the room. Have the boys toys on his side and the girls on the other. That way, they can have at least a little more privacy. I can tell you when i was young that one huge problem was that i was 16 and my 7 year old sister always bothered me with my privacy, which as we grow and normally, even, is normal. Which seconds my idea about if at all possible 2 separate rooms. But, have things separated and it should work out OK.
Something that's not too girly. Ask her what her favourite colour is, and go from there. but don't pick a shade that could drive someone mad after a short time.
It totally depends on the child, but you have to make sure that however you decorate they will like when they get older too. Therefore, simple wall color and carpet are best, and then removable accessories that make the room fun can relate to your nine year-old.
The Broyhill Attic Heirloom Youth Panel Bedroom set is a great set for a 12 year old girl.
There is no law against it. Housing arrangements are not subject to most laws.
There is no law against it. It might not be the best thing, but sometimes the family has no choice.
It's legal if they're brother and sister, maybe.
Of course it's not, as long as both of you are okay with it.
Yes it is if the nineteen-year old is not disabled.
flowers and streamers
I believe that is a no, they cannot. The 2 boys are older than her, so they would say no. ( the state)

Of course! They are too young to even consider or even have a curiosity or interest in what you're thinking
