Q: What are the clearances of inlet and exhaust valves of Suzuki GN 125, and how to adjust the valve clearance.
A: I'm giving an approximate answer since none is given here. I've just started doing this and don't know all the terminology. Please improve the answer if possible. :)
You have to open the two caps hiding the valves on top. They are size 17. Also open the little bolt in front so you can look inside the motor for the "dead point" while rotating the motor manually. The adjustment is done with a flat screwdriver and the clearance should be between 0.08-0.13mmon both inlet and exaust. You have to use thos flat metal thingies to measure the clearance.
How to adjust and instruction
yes you can adjust the valve clearance of the engine of your suzuki. they use a special tool to make the clearance of the valve. better to ask an expert to do it because if you make mistakes on the adjustments your engine will be damage. yes you can adjust the valve clearance of the engine of your suzuki. they use a special tool to make the clearance of the valve. better to ask an expert to do it because if you make mistakes on the adjustments your engine will be damage.
