Mix Redken Color Gels with Redken Color Gels developer in equal parts. The gels can be applied with a bottle or bowl and brush method. Apply from roots to ends and comb through if this is the first time hair has been colored. For re-growth, only apply color to that area. Process 30-45 minutes. Do not use heat.

Redken Color Gels mixing ration is 1:1...however, if you're not a professional, you should steer clear of professional products. But if you are...that's my favorite permanent color line, I'm very picky and have been extremely pleased. A note of advice about Color Gels...since they're created for coverage they have a LOT of pigmentation. Therefore, on MOST people, they turn out a little darker...like 1-2 shades. Also, DONT USE HEAT.
