There isn't really any such thing as a "vaginal seal". Some women have a hymen, a thin membrane near the vaginal opening that sometimes seems like an obstacle. Normally it is just a partial flap of skin, and does not completely block the vagina. It may or may not bleed/hurt when torn during sex.

You make sure you both know each other well enough to know and learn what you like in bed and then she have to be excited, naturally lubricated and giving her a orgasm before entering helps. And itś not a seal breaking, it's the vaginal opening stretching and sometimes one of the small tissue folds surrounding it breaks. Only 2/10 bleeds if that happens.
