Let's say you were wanting to capitalize the first letter of every list item in ordered and unordered lists. You would use the :first-letter pseudo-element. The CSS rule would look like the following:
li:first-letter {
text-transform: capitalize;
}
p{text-transform: uppercase;}
text-transform: capitalize
text-transform: uppercase
An uppercase letter is commonly called a capital letter such as ABCDE, etc. Lowercase letters are the non-capital letters such as abcde, etc. The instructions to use at least one uppercase and at least one lowercase into your password is usually to make the password harder to decipher. This is not limiting your password to 1 uppercas AND 1 lowercase, it is merely stating that you need AT LEAST one of each in your password.

Dropped Capital.
First, you start at the top of the page. Then, make a curve so it looks like a capital C. Then, make a small line upward, about halfway up to the top of the letter where you started. Then, you make a small, horizontal line to the left, but halfway into the letter, as not to draw the line through or all the way to the most western part of your letter. That is how to write a capital G.
uhhhmmm...well, you start off with a capital letter to start your sentence, then you have to put BEWILDERMENT somewhere inside that sentence, and of course you have to make it sound reasonable.and that's how you use bewilderment in a sentence.(:
Capital letters are used at the start of a sentence, or mainly used to make a certain part of a sentence STAND OUT.

Capital letters are a convention, or custom, that help readers become oriented in a text. The first word in a sentence begins with a capital letter. To an experienced reader in English, in the first word in a sentence, the capital letter signals that a new complete thought is being started with that new sentence. Capital letters also signal something special or unique. We capitalize the first letter of unique people, places, things, and ideas. While there is no inherent reason that we should use capital letters to signal these ideas, there are agreed-upon rules or "conventions" (customs) that we use to make reading faster, smoother, and more meaningful.
