remove the 2 screws above headlights that you see when you lift the hood...then push whole assembly towards the center of the car to release clips. housing will come out then you can change bulb
Blown fuse, failed bulbs, bad switches, etc.

On my 2001 sebring, my light lever is on the column. After turning on my lights, I gently twist the end portion of the lever out (toward the door) to get the fog lights on
Assuming you have checked the bulbs, check the brake light switch.

I assume you only need to change the bulbs. Go into the trunk and look up. You should see the wires leading to the mounting point for the third brake light, you candisconnect the connectors and then change the bulbs this way.
If the bulbs and fuse are good, replace the turn signal Flasher Relay.
I have successfully installed bulbs 3057, 3157 and 3457 in my Chrysler Town & Country mini-van, for the brake/stop lights.
Could be: Blown fuse Bad bulbs Stop light switch either defective or needs adjustment
Check all of you bulbs on the car, more than likely one is burned out...
