you would have to hold the st/stp, mode and then the adj button altogether at the same time to to hear it beep then it will change back to regular time...

How do you set the time on an armitron 408125 WR330 men's digital watch?
The following labels are on the inner ring of the watch; I've given their positions relative to where numbers would be on the face of an analog watch."ST/STP" is at 2:00; "EL" is at 4:00; "MODE" is at 8:00; and "ADJ" is at 10:00.To set the time, date, and day of week:Press and hold in the "MODE" button until the display starts flashing. (This is the alarm time.)Press the "MODE" button again; the seconds begin flashing. Press "ADJ" to set them to zero.Press the ""ST/STP" button to change what you want to set. Here's the twist on setting the name of the Day of the Week on my watch. When you get to the name of the Day of the Week flashing.. you don't get Su...Mo...Tu... You get 01..02..03... up through 99. (You think.. what is this??) DON'T TRY TO SET Sun.. Mon.. etc here.. you won't find it.The puzzle solver..and it is.. IS TO SET THE LAST TWO DIGITS OF THE YEAR HERE.. Example... it is now 2011.. so scroll through the numbers and set it to "11"!!Now.. when you go and set the numerical day date e.g. 3 for March, and set the numerical day - e.g. 15, the on-board computer?? in the watch will AUTOMATICALLY SET THE NAME OF THE WEEK!! It will look-up For Example.. in the year 2010.. 3-14 is SUN.. and will set it as that!!Hope this saves you some frustration.
