1. press mode untill you are at the "section" (AKA alarm,time,stopwatch....) that you would like to change or set.
2. hold down the "set" button until the minutes/hours/seconds start to flash.
3. press "mode" to change what flashes (AKA minuts, hours,seconds.)
4. once you have got what you want to change flashing, press the adj. (adjust) button to change the number.
5. set your time! (remember to make sure that the number is "am" or "pm" , if you dont know how to tell, there will be a little "a" or "p" next to the hour...)
6. to finish setting your time, press the "set" button, this will exit the setting mode!
