I've had internal hemorrhoids for 30 years on and off.
I've had surgery to remove them and it lasted a while but I always had symptoms.
Last year they got to the point of having surgery again but I decided to try something to avoid that.
I bought a Fleet Enema bottle and used it to inject warm water into my rectum before a bowel movement.
In short, this loosened and lubricated the stools and relieved the stress on the hemorrhoid's.
After a few weeks I noticed an improvement and after a few months the symptoms were gone.
Now I determine at the time of each bowel movement weather I need to do this because I can sense the looseness or hardness of the stools before I go.
It's not a total cure but I can control them with relative ease and hardly ever notice them.
