Yes, if you restore your iPod or iPhone on iTunes it will delete Cydia. The restore function on iTunes restores your iPod or iPhone to its previous settings.

There are two different ways to delete apps from Cydia. The first way is to go into your Cydia app and tap the Manage tab at the bottom of your screen. Next select Packages. Choose the package (app) you wish to delete. Once the package is selected tap on Modify in the upper right hand corner and choose Remove. The second way, which is much easier, is to go into your Cydia store and search for CyDelete. Install CyDelete and it will allow you to delete (uninstall) Cydia apps from you home screen just like any other app. Note: CyDelete does not put a icon on your home screen.
Delete your message or reinstall it in cydia hope it works.
No you do not put Greenpois0n on an iPod. You install Loader which in turns installs Cydia.
You can do it one of two ways: go onto cydia and download cydelete, then delete it from the springboard like you would delete a normal app, or you can go to cydia>manage>packages, scroll down until you find it, click on it, hit the install button, and hit remove.
