How do you delete profiles in Professor Layton without overwriting them?

Well actually there is a way. But you will not only delete your profile, but the other two as well. It deletes all of the game's history. You simply turn off your DS while the game is saving. Then when you turn it on just tap the screen and it will be as though you just bout it!
