well you want to stay low on buget but buy a wig,lipstick,mascara,blush, and girl clothing. dont buy the expensiveis makeup you can and look in your wordrobe maybe you have something a little girly or see if your girlfriend or ex left makeup or clothes around.

Just wear boy clothes.

Jeans, sneakers, a sweatshirt, and a Baseball cap(with your hair stuffed underneath).

If you have a brother or guy friend you can borrow these items. If not, go to a thrift store.

Oh yeah, talk in a deep voice and slouch a lot.

Well there is the opion of going as an all out girl for halloween. First you will need help (from a girl that you want to look like), Shirt, pants/skirt, bra, panties, shoes, socks/ Nylons, wig, stuffings for bra, undershirt, amd of course purse. The Panties will help keeping the package in so you look more like a girl so FYI you need panties that are a little tight but too tight.
