Passion flowers make an excellent tea to promote sleep. You can pick the leaves and flowers. Wash them, and then put them in a food dehydrator. Well you first cut them and pluck off the petals. Then you spray them with water and then you can set them on a pan in the sun. Then alternate days in the sun and inside.
