I actually had to take care of a litter of abandoned baby rabbits before! We kept them in the house in a big cardboard box ( just in case they tried to jump around, didn't want them getting out!) since there was no need for them to stay outside. We used paper towels to hold them just in case there mother came back. At some stores they sell kitten milk and little bottles. That actually worked quite well and just slowly weened them off of the kitten milk to grass.

Baby rabbits that are still nursing should mostly be cared for by their mother. Handling should be kept to a minimum: just enough to ensure the rabbits are doing okay.

At 4 weeks (1 month), the babies will start to wean, and they will start to nibble on their mother's food (hay, pellets, water). At 6 weeks, the babies are fully weaned and they should have unlimited 24/7 access to alfalfa hay, high-quality pellets, and water. Some plants (fresh, dark leafy greens) can be introduced in tiny portions at age 12 weeks, but most fruits/vegetables shouldn't be fed to rabbits until 6 months (and then, only as a treat).

Actually, the mother will do the caring! You take care of the mom!A newborn rabbit is helpless; blind, deaf, and hairless! Provide a clean, warm nest box (wood) with fresh hay or straw (I use brome hay; works great) inside of it for the mother to be to make her nest in. She will have her babies in the nest box hopefully (if she has fur pulled outside of the nset box, put it inside; this might help her continue her nesting in the box). Just make sure the mom has fresh water and fresh food daily. This way she can provide good milk for her young.

Baby rabbits can not have greens until they are 3 months old or older! Just think though, you are taking care of mommy and if it weren't for you the babies and mom would be in agony. So, you are sort of taking care of the babies too!

Will a male rabbit kill a newborn litter if its not theirs?

No. But a rabbit will kill any male rabbit that comes around, or at least castrate it. That pretty much insures that the babies are his.
