If you are Alliance, there is a town called Aubordine in the region of Darkshore, if you go there and go out on that long dock it should split three ways, go down the South dock and a boat will come. this will take you to Stormwind, which is in Elwynn Forest, in the Eastern Kingdoms.
If you are Horde then go to the city of Orgrimmar, and just outside if you head a little East, there should be a tall tower, if you climb up that tower a flying boat called a Zepplin will come by. Hop on it and it will take you to the Undercity, in the zone Tirisfal Glades, which is in Eastern Kingdoms.
There is also a Third route which you can do as both Alliance and Horde. In the region The Barrens, there is a town called Ratchet which is in East Barrens, on the coast. When you go there there is a long dock, if you wait at the end of that dock a boat will come. This will take you to a town called Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale in The Eastern Kingdoms.
