How do you open the cave to regirock in Pokemon emerald?

GSC fans should recognize sudowoodo, who's a powerful rock/fighting type Pokemon (lvl 40) surf down there and you'll eventionally come across a cave entrance. The cave has 100% Smeargles and HP up.

Well, first, you have to separately unlock the Regis. If you don't know how to do this you can look it up separately. Here are some easy steps on how to unlock Regirock's cave.

1. First, you will need the TM for Rock Smash. Make sure you've taught it to one of your Pokemon.
2. Go into the desert North of Mauville.
3. Find Regirock's tomb and go inside of it. The tomb is at the little area in the desert where you find the ruin maniac.
4. Go up to the MIDDLE Braille and read it. If you can't read it, it says, left, left, down, down, then use Rock Smash.
5. Follow the Braille and take two single steps to the left and two single steps down. Then pull out you Pokemon that knows Rock Smash and use it. (You might think that it would say "Can't use that here," but it actually doesn't!
   
6. Once you've done that, the door above you will open and you can finally go in.
7. I guess I should have put this as step 1, but MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LOT OF ULTRA BALLS!

Now you will see the legendary Regirock. Go up to it and press A. It might be a little tricky to catch, but I only had to use about 6 or 7 Ultra Balls!Make sure you weaken him before throwing the Ultra ball.
