How do you get married or have children on sims free play?

To get married, two adult sims have to get a strong realtionship. Then when they both have 90 or higher on their realtionship bars for that sim. Then click on one and press propose and engage then get to 100, then press propose and marrige.

To have kids you make two sims get into a hottub or relax in a bed. (Make sure the two sims have a strong realtioship). And click try for baby until it doesnt appear anymore, then soon your sim gets pregnant. =]

When your putting furniture in their house, you go to either miscleousness or outdoors and buy an arch then when you move the family in you take the adult sims that you want to get married and take them to the arch and if their in love a option should pop up and say 'get married.'

after you propse, you can go to your lover, and keep using romantic interactions. eventually the "have private wedding" option will appear and they will get married right there. or you can use a phone and throw a wedding party

make them have a lifetime relationship over 70 with another sim and make sure that sim feels the same way (opposite genders) make both of them relax on a double bed and click on the other sim. Choose try for baby and if it works it will play a little nursery rhyme and the option try for a baby wont be there again. After 5 days your sim will have their baby.
