Contact your television service provider (Cable or Satellite Television). They will likely ask you a few questions (sometimes the method of your last payment, your last 4 digits of your ssn, etc) to verify it is not someone unauthorized to bypass the parental control. They will then remotely reset your receiver. You will probably need to redo your parental control locks after the reset.

∙ 12y agoYou are not able to get past the parental password without inputting the password. You will need to call us to have an authorization sent to your receiver, which will remove the password from the receiver. You can then create a new password.
