As posted the question makes no sense, you are asking about an area of a 3-d shape. What area?

Maybe they are actually looking for cubic ft, which makes for sense. And for that, you would have to give the measurements of the base and the heighth at least. Then it also would depend upon the thickness of the stone, etc, etc. You really do need to give full info to get a correct answer.
