Answeryou must go to the six island to the dotted hole and use cut and go through this hole thingy. It's kinda hard so I'll tell you how to do it. Once you go through first hole go up. the next room look the same except for the rocks. (use the rocks as your guide. In the next room go left, in the next room go right and in the last room go down then click a on the sapphire a scientist will push you out the way and take it and tell you the second password

Password QuestTo find the second password , you must first go to One Island, go inside the Pokemon Center, and talk to the man in front of the machine. He will tell you to go get the sapphire to power up his trading machine. Then he will give you a Rainbow Pass to have access to Four, Five, Six, and Seven Island. Then travel to Six Island. When you get there go to Dotted Hole in Ruin Valley. To open the door use cut while facing the door. When you get inside drop through the hole. You will then land in a room with four holes. You must first drop through the hole on the top, then the hole on the left, then the right, and then the bottom. You must go through the holes in that order. Then you will land in the room with the sapphire. Press A to get the sapphire. Then a scientist will take the sapphire and will give you the second password.
