Plug your camera or card reader into your mac via a usb cable. Then open up iphoto and click the import all photos button. It may take a while to import if the file sizes are larger.

You download pictures on your computer from your camera, then you make a file of those pictures. when you register for flickr, you click uplaod pictures, then you get the file and you download the pictures for flickr the n you can put captions for it!!!
