How do you get your girl pregnant on sims 3?

I dont think it's possible to do it in the game, but I have done some searching and think there are mods for it:

Also I have seen what some people have said like: some mods can't be used at the same time and they end up crashing the system.

I not sure if this is true.(I have not tried it myself)but I thought I'd just let you know to be careful. :) hope this helped

Basically you fall in love with the opposite sex. Once that happens you have to flirt lots of times. once you do that you can either go relax in a bed and call over the other sim,cuddle, and then "try for baby"( or "woohoo" if you don't want a child) or you can go to flirt and it should say "try for baby" if not keep kissing and all that.

Well Its Just The Same As Young Adult And Adults But Your Teens.Soo What You Need To Do Is Make Them Both Relax In Bed(The Two Teenagers) Then Click On the Girl Or Boy And Press WooHoo,But You Only Need To Click It Once!Then Later She Will Vomit And About 5 Mins After That She Is Preggerz...EASY!
