Left to dry, the chocolate will naturally set up. To speed this along, you can put them in the refrigerator. Do NOT put them in the freezer, as this will cause the chocolate to solidify too quickly and it can fall off of the pretzels.
It is very easy
set temperature to higher (for commercial chocolate fountain, you can set a temperature 90-110 degree C). Then you mix chocolate continue and avoid burn
put it in the fridge.
It depends on the type of chocolate coating used for the pretzels. Melted chips and many other coatings only harden when chilled.

some chocolates have a lot of wax in them which causes it to harden well did you use a regular pot or a double boiler when melting chocolate a douuble boiler should be used water in the bottom pan chocolate in the top pot and chocolate should always be melted at low heat.
In tescos, sainsburys, morrinsons, etc. If you want a really big chocolate bar, stick lots of little chocolate bars together with melted chocolate. Or you could make the wrapper with cardboard, tape, & a LOT of paint!

A reduction in temperature.
hi pour the melted chocolate into a dish. let it harden. when its solid put the caramel on top. then put the chocolate on top. make sure before you start pouring the first layer of chocolate in you have greace proof paper underneath otherwise it could be VERY hard to get out!!!!! x
when coacoa beans have grown, farmers pick them and sell them to factories. Then when they get sent to the factories the coacoa beans are melted and put into a container where they harden and turn into a candy bar. Then the factories sell them
