The same way you interract with a child without ADHD. The only difference is, if your doing a task with the child that needs a lot of focus (such as homework) you may need to redirect them a few times and make sure you two stay on topic. Also make sure to be as patient as you can be. Besides that, children with ADHD are often very fun to be around :)
You would speak to them in just the same way, although in the majority of kids with add or adhd will have slight social problems that won't affect them greatly. I have add and am doing ok socially. Also, it's best not to be sarcastic or repetitive. This sort of thing has always confused me for some reason.

Keep moving around, change your voice volume and pitch often (when emphasizing points). Try to involve the student in activity based learning instead of lectures. Use a combination of approaches, combining visual with verbal if you must lecture. Also, work with the student to develop an acceptable passtime for them, such as drawing or coloring. Keeping busy on an easy task that doesn't interfere with other students can keep them from daydreaming, and improve their attention.
You need professional help... find a psychiatrist or social worker who can help you.
Absolutely! There are medications that can help children with ADHD focus in school such as aderol. Also, there are teachers and student aids that are specially trained to teach in a way that will engage students with ADHD. They can definitely have a normal education.
If the mother has ADHD, the child may also have the condition as well?

Recovery and rehabilitation are not terms that apply to ADHD. Rather, a child with ADHD can be assisted to an optimum functionality. Assistance can take the form of special education.
