get under the car and have a friend turn the key on and off...dont start the car but listen to the fuel pump it should make noise if it is clicking on...also use a test light to test the relays....could also try juicing the pump, hook up battery pack or jumper cables to wires on pump and see if it cycles

There is not inline fuel filter on a 2004 Sebring. The only filter on it is the one on the fuel pump and the only way to change that is to replace the fuel pump. $175 at autozone. Ridiculous I know!!

Where is the Fuel Pump Relay Switch located on a 1996 Chrysler Sebring?
I have a 96 sebring. Open the hood and to far right side of the firewall you will see three relays clipped to it. The far left relay is the one that is energized to run the fuel pump for 1-2 seconds in the on position before crankingso you have fuel pressure to start the car.(this all I know for sure) I was told that there is another relay that take over (after the motor is spinning) while the motor is running. I dont know which one that is. The start relay is the cheap one, I do know that!!!! ($13.00) I have replaced 3 on my car. Hope a little info is better than none...... Good Luck!!!!!!!
