You could, but your chao could evolve and become neutral or angel. it is not advised if you want a devil chaos chao.

to make a chaos chao you will need for your chao to reincarnate 2 times. if you dont know what reincarnate means, look it up in a dictionary. back on topic, just to make a chao chao you will need your chao to reincarnate 2 times. after that happens, it will become immortal. give it all 15 animals to each chao for it to evolve into a chaos chao. to make an angel chaos chao, you need to make it a neutral angel chao by giving it hero fruit and dont give it any animal or skill fruit.then after you give your chao the 15 animals, just wait for your chao to evolve and BAMM! you have you angel chaos chao. to make a devil chaos chao it is the same thing as the chaos angel chao. but, first make it a dark chao instead of a hero by giving your chao dark fruit. wait for it to reincarnate 2 times, give your chao the 15 animals keep your chao neutral, dont give it any animals or any skill fruit and then wait for it to evolve. and there is your devil chaos chao. to make a neutral chaos chao all you have to do is keep the chao neutral. dont give it any animals or any skill fruit yet. when it reincarnates 2 times give it the 15 animals and wait for it to evolve and there is your neutral chaos chao. speed type animals- rabbit, deer, kangaroo power type animals- lion, gorilla, elephant swim type animals- seal, otter, penguin fly type animals- blue bird, peacock/green bird, parrot random animals- koala, skunk, drill mole/purple mole all these animals are needed to make the chaos chao. wait for your chao to reincarate 2 times then give the 15 animals to each chao. once it evolves well, have fun with your new chaos chao
