You have to mix the pearl essence with the atom essence. Then to get them you need to rub the screen very fast for it to stay at the two middle boxes. You can find the atom essence at the Lift at the Ski Slope where Dean stands. For the pearl essence, you can find it from Lily's Curio Shop at River's Edge.
