whisk 4 egg whites with 300g of sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add cream of tartar and vanilla essence. Stir until combined. Melt white chocolate and pour into mixture. then add 2 cups of plain flour and beat for 3 minutes on high speed. pour into baking tray and put into 180 celcius oven for 50 minutes. this is my mothers recipe so hope you like it!
