Fraps is far more advanced but it's not free and the free demo version of Fraps places an ugly watermark on the video. I guess Camstudio would be the best free alternative around. Try that first and if it does not cut it for you, then obtain Fraps in one way or another.

If you look at Usain Bolts world record he did 100 metres in just under 10 seconds and he is a fully grown person that has been training for many years.Your record works out to about 14 seconds for 100 metres which is incredibly good as most people cannot do 50 metres in around 20 seconds.With more training and the older you get you should be able to beat his record.
