Import all your pictures, music and video into Windows Movie Maker. Drag the media down into the Time-line tracks into the appropriate spots (music on Audio/Music track, pictures/video on Video track. Or, if you want, click AutoMovie feature (2.6 version) and the media will be placed randomly, including effects, etc. And there you go. Just press play to preview the results.
Windows Movie Maker is not an audio editor, but you can use audio/music in the program. To get music or audio into the program, click the Import Media button on the top menu. Browse for your audio/music and click Import.
The media should now appear in the Imported Media viewing pane. Click, hold and drag it into the Music/Audio track in the Time-line view (not the Storyboard) of the program.
Click Play in the Preview window to hear the results.
Flash (flv) files are not compatible with Windows Movie Maker.
You can only importfiles with the following file name extensions into Windows Movie Maker to use in your project:
Video files: .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, .wmv
Audio files: .aif, .aifc, .aiff .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, and .wma
Picture files: .bmp, .dib, .emf, .gif, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .wmf
First insert a couple of pictures on to the slides and maybe add some text over it. Next add some musaic to it( optional) Save it onto your computer and watch it in windows Movie Player

If your computer has Windows ME on it, it is NOT capable of USB booting. The DSL wiki has detailed instruction on how to make a bootable DSL flash drive. Basically, you need to: 1. Format your Flash drive with a FAT32 file system. 2. Downloaded the embedded DSL zip file and extract it to the Flash drive/ 3. Download and install the Windows version of Syslinux 4. Run the Syslinux program on your Flash drive.
