*Test basic skills like if the child is responding when you talk, if the child is crying when you make him/her cry, if the child can see you from a distance, if the child can hear your voice (try singing),if the child can hear other voices (if the child responses to the rattles and bells). if u try these tests then you might get to know if your child needs help or not, if this does Not help then pls go to a experienced doctor as it can be a critical case.
