I used 2 quarters tape it together and a little to the handle so it sticks. It works temporary until you buy the real one.
The surface of a pool table is made from quarried slate, which is blueish gray rock that splits quite naturally into big, flat segments. It is then covered in cloth and surrounded by rubberized cushions.
Do I need rubber like caps on new replaced bulbs in the dash
There is a push off switch under the dash that when the break pedal is depressed is activated. Look for it and replace it. Most of the time it is not the switch what is broken but a rubber part on the pedal level that is responsible for pushing the switch to the off position.

If you're referring to the rubber cushion on top of the valves, it's just that.... a cushion. It keeps the metal from clanging together.

I've never seen fog lights mounted OEM "in" the bumper on a 1996. However if your talking about on top of the bumper then that is easy. Just unbolt them than take them apart and replace the bulbs. Or do what I did and install newer aftermarket ones, they work much better. With the aftermarket lights you may have to modify the OEM brackets a bit. I used rubber spacers to help hold the new lights in place and cut down the vibration. If your lights are mounted in the bumper, you will have to remove the bumper.
You will need rubber gloves, your new lights, and a screwdriver. You also will want to make sure you have a safe place to change it out and maybe someone along with you who can test it for you when you are done.
It's very simple. to replace the actual bulb, just open the back (the hatch) and look in the trunk behind where your taillights are. you should see wires, and a black rubber thing thatconnects to the panel of your trunk. give it a half turn and pull the lights out. then replace it all. .
