i would go to a auto parts store and buy a serpentine belt tensioner tool. this isn't an easy task. i would suggest having another person to help you. also make sure you have a diagram of how the belt goes.
you do not adjust tension on a serpentine belt the tension is automatcally adjusted if the belt is loose, replace the belt SOME TIMES THE TENSIONER CAN BE WEEK ALSO.
