If this text occurs when you are upgrading your hard drive you need to reset your ps3. For this you can find instructions from internet (you need to push power button first and wit for three beeps and then again and wait for three beeps , or somethin like that) after that you have reset menu on screen and you need to choose "restore ps3 system". For this you need also the latest firmware in a usb drive to restore the system to default settings. Hope this helps, it worked for me.
