Push the two buttons for a few seconds until the minutes start to flash. Use the left button to cycle the minutes. Then push the right button to go to the hours and use the left button to cycle the hours push the right button again and your done. To reset the heart rate memory for high and average just push the right mode button to get to the area you want and hold the two buttons down to reset the memory to zero.
